Code of Conducts

Turan Association is an Interprofessional Collaborative Action, non-profit organization, supported by its members, friends and a group of volunteers. The health growth of our organization depends on the good will of all those involved with the organization at every level, whether as a member, program leaders, collaborators and volunteers. All of us have a responsibility, above and beyond compliance with the rules, to act with integrity, prudence, to protect the reputation of the organization and its individual members and follow the goals and principles of the organization.

Non-discrimination: Our organization is an equal opportunity and will not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, gender, age and national origin. The Anor Association opposes discrimination of any form and insists upon equal treatment for all.

Mutual Respect: Anor Association rejects the use of violence and hostile behavior of any nature by anyone involved in this non-profit organization. Abusive language, spoken or written, threatening gestures or disruptive behavior directed towards anyone is not tolerated. Mutual respect, good manners and civility are required in dealing with each other in order to maintain center principles and theory.

Proper Etiquette: Think Before You Act. We should consider the consequences of our actions.

Personal integrity and reputation could be irreparably damaged when an unsubstantiated claim is lodged against an individual, or a group. When there is disagreement, our expectation is to settle this discussion in a courteous manner.

The success of our organization depends on a collaborative effort among members and community. The set of rules is an attempt to remind us that being well-mannered, responsible, and considerate of each other not only will minimize conflict, but also will help us to build a strong community.
